This latest design is a beautifully finished residence, ideally suited for a serene retirement or a delightful holiday escape.

The living area is bathed in natural light thanks to full-height panoramic windows and French doors. The interior epitomizes the essence of modern living at its finest.

Outside, the home is adorned with Canexcel cladding in a sandy hue, paying homage to the beach from which it draws its name. Internally, a palette of pale greys imparts an open and airy ambiance throughout. Curtains and Venetian blinds in complementary tones to the walls enhance the spacious atmosphere.
