Construction Process The Floating Lodge Company is a collaboration involving Pathfinder Homes, Devizes Marina, and Lynx Lodges. Pathfinder has meticulously designed four standard models for their range of floating lodges, each exuding luxury. Buyers have the freedom to customize their interior design, much like they can with Pathfinder homes meant for land use. The homes are constructed using the same manufacturing process as other Pathfinder homes, albeit with a few modifications to meet the specific requirements. Subsequently, these floating homes are transported to Devizes Marina and carefully placed onto their dedicated private pontoons. The construction of these pontoons is based on a foam-filled system, featuring a hot-dipped galvanized frame and UV-stable black polyethylene filled with expanded foam.
