The following rules of occupation are for the good management of the Park homes and the benefits of all who use them.
Where agreements for the occupier of the home plots are entered into, these rules form part of the agreement.
Only homes of the proprietary manufacture are accepted.
Park homes must be kept in sound and clean condition. Decoration and colour must be maintained to the satisfaction of the park owner. No external alteration of or addition to the home or plot without prior approval of the park owner.
The Occupier is responsible for the cleanliness of the plot; the home maybe used by the occupier and members of his/her permanent household and bonafide guest only (and in any event for the occupation of such number of persons as shall not exceed the specified number of berths)
Occupiers are responsible for ensuring that electrical appliances comply at all times with the requirements of the Institution of Electrical Engineers.
Park homes must not be hired and accommodation must not be rented by paying guests.
Motor homes, caravans or any large vehicles are not allowed on the park, unless with the prior consent of the park owner and then must not be parked on the driveways. We do provide a caravan storage service at a reduce rate for park residents.
The use of hoses is forbidden except in the case of fire; also water sprinklers and external mounted water taps are not allowed.
The occupiers are responsible for all household refuse and must ensure it is deposited in the approved containers. The dumping of rubbish on the park is strictly forbidden.
Musical instruments, record players, radios and other appliances must not be used to cause a nuisance to others, especially between the hours of 10.30pm and 8.00am.
All vehicles must be driven carefully on the park, not exceeding the speed limit of 10 mph; vehicles must keep to authorized parking spaces. The roads must not be obstructed.
Storage sheds, fuel bunkers and other structures are permitted with the approval of the park owner.
Private gardens must be kept neat and tidy, trees and shrubs may not be cut down, removed or damaged.
Washing lines are to be reasonably screened from view.
Pets, where permitted at the park owners discretion, must be kept under control and not allowed to despoil the park. All dog foul must be collected.
The occupiers are responsible for the conduct of children in his / her custody and if visitors.
It is forbidden to carry offensive weapons or other objects likely to give offense on the park, or to interfere with or disturb any fauna on the park.
Everyone using the park is required to comply with the regulations of the park licence, water authority or any other statutory authority.
Access is not permitted to vacant plots, building materials or other plant and must be left undisturbed.
No commercial enterprise or business activities may take place on the park.
All permission must be obtained in writing.
Homes owners are requested to take note of fire fighting equipment and position on the park, in case of a fire.
Fences must not be higher than 6ft and must not encroach over the building line.
The park owner cannot be held responsible for any frost damage.
Banks within the park home boundary are the sole responsibility of the park home occupier, if any excavation is carried out within the plot, permission must be obtained from the park owner before work commences.
These are the general rules which apply to both Willow Park and Killarney Park, therefore a specific set of rules for the park should be read before completion.
