Are you looking for a static caravan at Rayford Caravan Park, Stratford Upon Avon? Rayford Caravan Park is a family-friendly park based in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside adjacent to the scenic River Avon with an excellent range of on-site facilities. The holiday season for the park runs from the 7th March to the 7th January.

Rayford Caravan Park is ideal for children. With both a games room and play area on-site, there is also lots of opportunities to be active with a gym, golf and cycle hire as well as being surrounded by picturesque views perfect for a stroll. Furthermore, there is a Riverside Bar and Restaurant close to the park which a wide selection of food and drinks to suit all preferences.

The park is one mile from the historical market town of Stratford-upon-Avon. The town is famously home to William Shakespeare and his house and birthplace is open for visitors to come and explore the rich literary history, there is also Shakespeare's Schoolroom and Guildhall which gives visitors a first-hand sixteenth-century experience. As well as offering a taste of history- Stratford-upon-Avon is home to the contemporary MAD museum - a unique modern attraction displaying eccentric moving art with elaborate and innovative machines as well as dancing lasers, gadgets, gizmos and more. The town is excellent for shopping with regular markets exhibiting a variety of stalls including the weekly Charter Market as well as being home to a good collection of local independent retailers. Furthermore, the River Avon Trail is an ideal location for a family walk with plenty of cafes and pubs alongside the route.

We find that there are some very common questions when considering purchasing a holiday home with us. These are some of the things that we are often asked about ownership at Stratford Parks; Q: You are open for 10 months of the year, are we able to stay in the home continuously for those months?

A: Our holiday homes are for holiday use only, you can come and go as often as you like over those months but they can't be your main residence. Essentially you cannot live in your holiday home.

Q: Are we restricted to when we can arrive on the park to use our holiday home; do we need to report in on arrival?

A: As an owner, you can come and go as you please, you have your own keys and personal gate entry so you can come and go as you wish.

Q: Can we invite family and friends to our holiday home at Stratford Parks?

A: Of course, a holiday home is the perfect way to bring the family together. Stratford Parks has something for everyone and we would love you to invite friends and family to spend time with us.

Q: Are there options for the number of bedrooms in the holiday homes at Stratford parks?

A: Yes, there are options for two and three bedrooms. We do find that two bedrooms are more popular, these are generally still 6 berth with a pull out bed. Some of the lodges have other options especially if you are buying off-plan.

Q: What costs do I need to consider when purchasing a holiday home?

A: There are various costs you should consider like site fees, utility costs and insurance. We can provide full details of these, some will vary between different areas and type of home.

Q: Are dogs welcome on the park? Yes! Absolutely, we welcome dogs on our parks and there are plenty of beautiful places to explore locally for countryside walks, we even provide a secure dog walking area on site.
