The front of your new leisure lodge is almost all glass and incorporates French doors. Natural wooden blinds are fitted throughout the Arundel which are draped with natural muslin curtains. The home has an almost New England feel to it with a wooden floor to the kitchen diner and has a fine selection of oak tables and pastel knocker back dining suite.

Throughout the rest of your new lodge the wooden floor continues. The kitchen is practical yet stylish. The predominant theme is blue, and we have introduced feature doors. The fully tiled bathroom has the quality and style that you have come to expect from Europe’s most experienced manufacturer. The master bedroom is inviting and luxurious, with an adjoining en suite, we have included everything that you could require in your private space. Your guest’s have not been neglected. In the second bedroom, you have the choice of either a twin or double room. Seeing is believing, we believe that the Arundel is one of the best choices you can make in which to spend your leisure time.

This lodge comes ready to occupy with fitted kitchens, bathrooms and all furniture, TV's and electricval items.

Outside there is a front balcony with outdoor furiniture.

We are offering a 40 year license and occumpation can be all year round but cannot be an individuals main residence

This includes any local council tax and full fibre internet.

Electric, gas and water are charged on inividual meters.
