With its distinctive red sand backed by tall cliffs it’s a sunbather’s paradise… so too is this latest design. The Hollicombe is a beautifully finished home, ideal for a relaxing retirement or indeed holiday living. Full height panoramic windows and French doors flood the living area with natural light. The interior represents modern living at its very best.

Everything about the Hollicombe exudes a real sense of comfort and elegance. The two bedrooms are fully fitted with stylish coordinated bed linen, headboards, and curtains with a half-tiled shower room leading off the master suite. The main bathroom draws immediate attention to the walk-in shower which is the full length of the room.

Outside the extended roof gives the exterior of the Home real depth. All in all, the Hollicombe is a home from home, for relaxing days, peaceful nights, and years of happy living!

This lodge comes ready to occupy with fitted kitchens, bathrooms and all furniture, TV's and electricval items.

Outside there is a front balcony with outdoor furiniture.

We are offering a 40 year license and occumpation can be all year round but cannot be an individuals main residence
