CLOAK ROOM / LIVING ROOM

As you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious cloak room with luxury vinyl flooring and storage cupboard with built in bench seat where you can take your muddy shoes and store them out of site, you then enter the inviting open-plan living area with 2 freestanding sofas, integrated Q Audio sound system and TV area. The interior design is tastefully crafted, combining contemporary furnishings with cosy elements to create a warm and welcoming ambiance helped by the PVCu Thermaglass double glazing and gas central heating. The plush sofas, and carefully curated decor create an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation.

KITCHEN / DINER

The ABI Kielder Lodge features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances such as integrated BEKO fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and integrated Bosch washing machine, 4 burner gas hob, grill and oven and ample counter space, making it a delight for culinary enthusiasts. You can enjoy preparing and sharing delicious meals with loved ones in the adjacent dining area, which features warm overhead lighting, drinks cabinet, stylish free-standing table and chairs providing flexibility for families or groups of friends.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering a cosy and tranquil space for a restful night's sleep. Accommodation is provided in well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. Both bedrooms offer, USB charger sockets and TV points. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-sized ottoman bed with freestanding bed side tables and feature mirror with walk-through wardrobes that take you into large en-suite shower room, while the twin room has large 3-foot-wide beds walk through wardrobe that takes you through to the Jack and Jill bathroom.
