Holiday parks offering sublet

Not all holiday parks will allow you to sublet, so do check before you buy a caravan or holiday lodge. Many offer a sublet service, whereby the holiday park will do all of the hard work for you and pay you the income minus a comission fee. Occasionally holiday parks will allow you to sublet privately and in this instance you would need to market your holiday let yourself as well as take care of the changeover cleaning and put measures in place for check in.
