Lynmouth Holiday Retreat is a family-operated holiday park set in the Exmoor National Park, offering a wide variety of local walking routes from the Retreat. The Retreat also benefits from live-on wardens, a small, essentials and gift shop in reception, and a local pub a short walk away. The Retreat is the perfect base to explore the local towns of Lynton and Lynmouth as well as the popular beachside resorts of Woolacombe and Croyde.
Stepping into the Andromeda, you step into the open-plan kitchen and dining area. At the front is the open-plan living room, with two 3-seater sofas, with space for all your friends and family. The lounge also benefits from a TV stand and store. Adjacent to this is the dining area, with room for four. Opposite is the kitchen, forming a ‘L’ configuration, providing all the usual high-quality appliances you have at home. There is also a separate counterspace housing your undercounter fridge and microwave.
Towards the rear is the sleeping quarters. At the rear is the master bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe and make-up table. There is also a twin room, along with a separate WC and Shower room.
Please note, you cannot live on-park, you must have a primary residence elsewhere. All sales are offered as holiday homes.
