Set within the beautiful countryside of Oxfordshire and within easy reach of the Cotswolds is a brand-new luxury holiday lodge park, exclusively using Oakgrove Lodges as their flagship range of luxury holiday lets and for private ownership for customers seeking a second home in the country.  An escape from it all.

Phase 1 of the park is now complete with the first 14 plots out of 36 already in situ, with anticipation over next 2 years that the park will be complete.

Oakgrove Lodges and Park Homes build bespoke holiday lodges and park homes for the leisure and residential park home sector and are renowned for their quality build and finishings as standard.   With their history of creating and building modular buildings, to launching, many years ago, their very own range of holiday lodges and park homes, the build quality which they used for the modular build sector has been used to build a bespoke range of luxury properties and all finished to residential specification.

The lodges at the park vary in size from 48 x 22 up to 50 x 22 where customers can design the interior layout to their very own liking.  The philosophy behind Oakgrove is.

With an aim such as this, customers can be assured that their needs are listened to and met, and these needs are then transferred to the lodge or park home of their dreams.

Faringdon Grange is no exception. Lodges can be designed for individual plots to ensure that the most can be achieved within each room and that the lodge makes the utmost of the exterior outlook for each plot.  Whether there is a lakeside view or countryside view, allowing for bifold doors or French doors, the world is the customer’s oyster.

A typical bespoke lodge at the park consists of either 3 or 4 bedrooms.  If a customer opts for a 3 bedroomed layout, each of the rooms is served with its very own ensuite with exquisite floor and wall tiling and underfloor heating and the ensuites to the bedrooms are either accessed through wardrobes or through a stunning oak style door. 

The main bedroom has a wall of built in wardrobes with sliding mirror doors and the ensuite boasts a shower and freestanding bath as standard.  This ensuite can also be a jack and jill style with access from the hallway of the lodge.

Bedroom 2 is accompanied by its very own ensuite which is hidden behind beautiful gliding wardrobe doors and consists of large shower cubicle with floating vanity sink and beautiful tiles to the walls and floor. 

Bedroom 3 with two comfortable single beds, lavish headboards and bedside table, leads through to a well equipped ensuite again boasting large shower cubicle, floating vanity and stunning wall and floor tiling with underfloor heating as standard.

If opting for a 4 bed the configuration can be altered to accommodate a comfortable fourth bedroom with two full size single beds served with a shower room off the hallway.   

Each bedroom is accessed through the Oakgrove signature oak style doors which design of these can be chosen along with other fittings and features, with the Interior Designers at their Design Office in Bristol.  Maybe a feature wall to the backdrop of each bedroom is a must for you and this is something that can be chosen to compliment the colour scheme for each room.

Each lodge is finished with a high specification kitchen, boasting Technistone worksurface, fully integrated appliances and breakfast bar with stools, somewhere to enjoy a lovely cuppa in the morning.   The kitchen, dining lounge is a fantastic open and airy space with light flooding through the French doors to the front of the lodge.  Accompanied by a roof light over the breakfast bar, this area is light bright and airy even on the most overcast day.  A great place to sit, relax and watch the wildlife on the park go about their day-to-day lives.  

Leading from either the diner or lounge, though the stunning drapes to each, is a raised patio area for alfresco dining and to the rear or side of each lodge there is a private enclosed patio area for a hot tub, to enjoy a glass of bubbles underneath the moonlight. Bubbles in your glass complimented by bubbles in the hot tub.  What could be more relaxing on a hot summers evening with the evening chorus singing in the trees.

Faringdon Grange Holiday Lodge Park has a 12 month holiday licence and is the perfect venue for a peaceful and stress free escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  A great place to explore the surrounding area, The Cotswolds on the doorstep, The Vale of the White Horse and Faringdon Town with its pretty market square, quaint shops and fantastic places to eat.
